All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail.

- Normal transit time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days.
- Normal transit time for international destinations is 8-10 business days.
- International customers are responsible for all duty and tariff fees associated with the order.
- We do not have a way to calculate customs fee prior to shipping.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Popits Hawaii is not liable for shipping delays, loss or damage incurred during transit after a product has been shipped from our facility.
It takes 2 to 4 days to process an order.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Your online purchase can be returned within 21 days of shipment, as long as it meets the following guidelines:
- 1. There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn.
- 2. Invoice number is included on the box.
- 3. Popits Hawaii will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
- 4. All sale items are final sale and Non-returnable.
- 5. Please note your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- 6. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items.
In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
