1.1 Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order.

You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest.

Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

2 Payment
2.1 What forms of payment does popitshawaii.com accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal.

2.2 Do you charge sales tax?

Based on a June 2018 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, internet businesses must collect all state and local sales taxes.

Popits Hawaii is complying with the new laws and collecting sales tax.

3 Order Status
3.1 How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your Popits Hawaii Account. Select the "My Orders" section of your "My Account" page and you can check your order status.

4 Shipping
4.1 What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. 

SHIPPING RATES:
Domestic (US) $15 (Flat rate)
Orders above $100
(Shipping FREE)
International $50 (Flat rate)
Orders above $300
(Shipping FREE)
  • Normal transit time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days.
  • Normal transit time for international destinations is 8-10 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for all duty and tariff fees associated with the order.
  • We do not have a way to calculate customs fee prior to shipping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Popits Hawaii is not liable for shipping delays, loss or damage incurred during transit after a product has been shipped from our facility.
4.2 How quickly will my order be shipped?

It takes 2 to 4 days to process an order.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Closed on Sat, Sun, National and Hawaii State Holidays.
5 Return & Exchange
5.1 What is Popits Hawaii's return policy?

Your online purchase can be returned within 21 days of shipment, as long as it meets the following guidelines:

  1. 1. There are no visible signs of wear and tear; product must be unworn.
  2. 2. Invoice number is included on the box.
  3. 3. Popits Hawaii will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
  4. 4. All sale items are final sale and Non-returnable.
  5. 5. Please note your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  6. 6. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
5.2 Returns Instructions
  1. 1. Click HERE to see if your return items meet Popits Hawaii return policy.
  2. 2. Login to your popitshawaii.com account.
    (If you don't have account with Popits Hawaii, please email us at contact@popitshawaii.com)
  3. 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return. Using the drop down menu, indicate the reason for your return. Click Submit.
  4. 4. Please return items to

    Attention: POPITS HAWAII (RETURN)
    • Invoice number must be written on the box.
    • Please note you are responsible for return shipping cost.
    • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
    • Any return items shipped by COD (Cash on delivery) will be refused.
  5. 5. Please allow us 2 to 5 days to issue refund after Popits Hawaii receive your return items.
  6. 6. You may check your return status on "My order" page.
5.3 Can I exchange my purchase?

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items.

In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
