What is Popits Hawaii's return policy?
Your online purchase can be returned within 21 days of shipment, as long as it meets the following guidelines:
- 1. There are no visible signs of wear and damage, product must be unworn.
- 2. Invoice number is included on the box.
- 3. Popits Hawaii will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
- 4. All sale items are final sale and Non-returnable.
- 5. Please note your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- 6. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

- 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return. Using the drop down menu, indicate the reason for your return. Click Submit.

- Any return items shipped by COD (Cash on delivery) will be refused.
- 5. Please allow us 2 to 5 days to issue refund after Popits Hawaii receive your return items.

Can I exchange my purchase?
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items.
In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
