What is Popits Hawaii's return policy?

Your online purchase can be returned within 21 days of shipment, as long as it meets the following guidelines:

  1. 1. There are no visible signs of wear and damage, product must be unworn.
  2. 2. Invoice number is included on the box.
  3. 3. Popits Hawaii will fully refund the cost of the products noted on your packing list returned within these guidelines.
  4. 4. All sale items are final sale and Non-returnable.
  5. 5. Please note your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  6. 6. You are responsible for return shipping cost.
Returns Instructions
  1. 1. Click HERE to see if your return items meet Popits Hawaii return policy.
  2. 2. Login to your popitshawaii.com account. (If you don't have account with Popits Hawaii, please email us at contact@popitshawaii.com)
  3. 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return. Using the drop down menu, indicate the reason for your return. Click Submit.

    • Invoice number must be written on the box.
    • Please note you are responsible for return shipping cost.
    • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
    • Any return items shipped by COD (Cash on delivery) will be refused.
  5. 5. Please allow us 2 to 5 days to issue refund after Popits Hawaii receive your return items.
  6. 6. You may check your return status on "My order" page.
Can I exchange my purchase?

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order must be placed for the exchanged items.
In order to process a return please follow our return instructions to return the unwanted merchandise and place a new order for the items you wish to receive.
